The Learning Bank is a West Baltimore not-for-profit whose goal is to provide continuous access to reading and educational facilities, including GED classes and other educational resources to help people complete their education and become worfkforce-ready. In this piece the goal was to use some of the great photography that the center had on-hand, courtesy of Marshall Clarke Photography, and tell the story of the center in a budget-limited piece.
